Anime Innovation Tokyo that supports pilot anime properties is the core project of THINK that has realized the concept of content capital.

Support the production of original properties
We accept submission of excellent, original ideas for animation pieces and provide funds to create a pilot video (approximately 30 minutes). THINK producers, then, oversee the overall process from production to sales and generate profit from the sales of the pilot video as well as rights to the series based on the pilot. The total amount of investment funds exceeds 300 million yen. We are scheduled to support approximately 15 projects in four years starting in 2006. This fund has been highly recognized for its business potential and social impact, which has resulted in investments from the government of Tokyo and several financial institutions.

Business Scheme Sensitive to Creator¡Çs Rights
Anime Innovation Tokyo (subsidiary funded 100% by THINK) jointly works on each project with its creator, jointly owning and managing the copyrights on the property. The fair share of the profit from the operating revenue generated by the project is given to the creator.
Global Sales of Rights to Larger-scale Properties Based on Pilot Videos
The THINK producers with successful track records domestically and internationally provide services to sell the rights to TV series and/or feature films based on the pilot videos. They target not only the domestic market but also the global market for distribution.
