Experienced the startup and buyout of an Internet-related business in the US. Active as a university research fellow, member of a government-affiliated research committee and a think tank fellow. Published numerous scholastic research papers. Graduate of the International Christian University Graduate School Master's Degree Program. Studied in the US in the Technology Management MBA Program, Communications & Technology Studies Ph.D. Program. Graduated from Waseda University Graduate School.

Toshikatsu Yamamoto

Joined THINK immediately after its establishment. Extensive experience, ranging from event/sales promotion to content planning and production in publishing, game and Internet projects. Experience in the startup of an Internet-based content business venture, its business planning and operation. Keen to achieve efficient business operation, he has transferred to the administrative division to support the overall business operation. Currently in charge of Headquarters Management Division, primarily managing the financial and accounting aspect of the business, he is the leading force in introducing internal control systems such as ERP. Graduate of Rikkyo University.

Hiroaki Takeuchi

Produced a Hollywood title, "Animatrix" and discovered Makoto Shinkai, the acclaimed director of "Hoshi no Koe" ("The voices of a distant star"). He produces content from the most cutting-edge point of view of the time. Rich business experiences, such as offering stock to the public of Marvelous Entertainment Co.
